Our free trial waives the price of the trial product and is offered at cost of shipping. Free trial orders are non-refundable. The default free trial period begins on the free trial’s order date. By redeeming our free trial, you are agreeing to the automatic enrolment of our annual subscription service. To cancel enrolment free trial-product must be returned before the 21-day free trial period expires.

Your first subscription order is set to renew at the end of your 21-day free trial period. Upon your membership renewal date, your default payment method on file will be automatically charged with our annual membership pricing and a 12-month supply of our full skincare system shipped out to you. If you do not wish to continue after the free trial period, please return containers and packaging even if used and empty within 21-day trial period. Please contact customer service and provide tracking.
To avoid getting charged for a renewal, you can pause or cancel your annual membership plan 28 days prior to the annual renewal date. When a membership cancellation is successfully processed you will receive an email confirmation.

Our free trial can only be redeemed once by each new member. Customers who attempt to redeem our free trial promotion more than once are in violation of our free trial policy and will be charged in full at our membership pricing for subsequent free trial orders.
