Refund Policy

Henry’s wants you to be delighted with your purchase. However If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, simply return the products to us in the original packaging within forty (40) calendar days from delivery for a full refund less the cost of shipping and processing. For hygiene and safety reasons. The returned product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products opened or used are not accepted for returns or refunds.

PLEASE NOTE: When returning a product set, we require all contents from the original set be returned together. All items detailed on the invoice we provide to you must be returned if a refund is requested. All items must be returned together with any ‘complementary’ gifts or ‘samples’ included with the invoiced goods.  

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if product(s) is received damaged.These rights are in addition to any other rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and New Zealand consumer protection laws and regulations. Upon receipt of your item(s) are subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department. Henry’s will do its best to process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed seven (7) calendar days.
